Tesco Mobile Pay As You Go

"I had to opt out of the rocket plan because the mobile would not function at all, even though I had plenty left in the rocket plan. Led to a lot of trouble as I didn't receive any texts or phone calls. Nor could I send any texts or make any calls. Also I got stranded at one stage when I couldn't even phon or text to do a top up . I Finally I resorted to return to pay as you go so lost the unused rocket credit. The only way I could top up was by downloadloading the Tesco apps on my tablet."
