System UI, not responding constantly, phone freezes all the time and turns itself off. VPN turns itself off, constantly having to system reset - staff in shop haven't got a clue.
Good app but now not showing on home screen Suddenly without explanation took an extra £20 from my bank onto my mobile account Also when using the email address they sent NO REPLY

Can't open Tesco Mobile Ap. It keeps telling me I need code for pay as you go when I am on pay monthly
I'm not sure about the app just downloaded it now because I am trying to get a read out of my phone calls from the last few weeks if possible can you use the app can anyone tell me please and if not can you guide me to a solution because I left my phone unattended and I have been told that someone was answering my phone calls and I am worried about anything else that has been said to anyone else as it's a personal phone

Not able to top up via app, saying constantly "technical hitch come back later" tried reinstall the app, restart it, etc. I have this app to top up when I want, not to top up when you guys let me.
Keeps me updated an good customer service
I had to opt out of the rocket plan because the mobile would not function at all, even though I had plenty left in the rocket plan. Led to a lot of trouble as I didn't receive any texts or phone calls. Nor could I send any texts or make any calls. Also I got stranded at one stage when I couldn't even phon or text to do a top up . I Finally I resorted to return to pay as you go so lost the unused rocket credit. The only way I could top up was by downloadloading the Tesco apps on my tablet.
